Our mission statement is: Terry schools will provide a safe and caring environment where students will be afforded every opportunity to learn and be successful. High standards and high expectations are the norm at Terry Schools. Learners will be provided with researched based instruction and the most current tools to give each individual the ability to reach mastery levels.
Students will be afforded differentiated instruction as indicated by classroom based assessments to meet individual academic needs. Terry Schools is the central focus of our community and we welcome all members to become integrally involved in the school.
We are a small rural school with 128 students and an excellent professional staff. With a student teacher ratio of 6.5:1 and average class size of 12 we can offer individualized instruction to meet our students needs. All students are encouraged to participate in a full range of varsity sports and academic competitions. We enjoy fierce rivalry with neighboring schools. We graduate well balanced and prepared young men and women ready to participate fully as informed citizens.
